About Us
Two women, two different paths, one shared passion: sparkling wines.
This is how the project dedicated to Gran Premio Metodo Classico sparkling wine was born, the result of the synergy between Titti Dell'Erba, wine expert, official AIS taster, and event organizer, and Irene Sindaco, entrepreneur at the helm of the prestigious brand of handmade riding boots, DeNiroBootCo.
The encounter between the world of food and wine and that of high craftsmanship has given rise to an innovative project with a strong identity. Gran Premio represents not only an exclusive Metodo Classico sparkling wine, but also a co-branding operation that combines winemaking know-how with the elegance and recognized quality of Made in Italy.
«Gran Premio is the union of our visions and experiences: we wanted to create a brand that spoke of style, care, and authenticity, bringing to the world an idea of accessible, refined, and deeply Italian luxury», say Titti and Irene.
In a growing market, where Italian sparkling wine is gaining more and more ground abroad, Gran Premio stands out for its identity, vision, and quality. Each bottle is designed to tell a story: that of two women, two brands, and a single goal - to celebrate the beauty of things done well.
Titti Dell’Erba
At the helm of Prepei S.R.L. is Titti Dell'Erba, a leading figure in Apulian food and wine and an authentic voice in the story of southern Italian wine. A wine communicator, wine event manager, and official AIS taster, she has transformed her love of wine and storytelling about the region into a professional career rich in experiences, events, and awards.
With the creation of Prepei S.R.L. in 2025, Titti Dell'Erba gave shape to a vision that had matured over the years: to tell the story of Apulia through its wines, its women, and its stories. It is a project that celebrates the strength of roots and the elegance of innovation, in the name of an authentic culture of taste.

Projects
Since 2014, Titti Dell'Erba's work has increasingly focused on promoting the Apulian wine sector, with a particular emphasis on the female narrative of wine and the promotion of native grape varieties. Her commitment led her to obtain, in 2019 and still today, the prestigious appointment at the Campidoglio as "Ambassador of Apulian Wine" for the DOC Italy association, confirming her central role in the national panorama of quality food and wine.
In recent years, she has created and curated successful formats that combine culture, tasting, and storytelling, featuring rosé wines and women in wine. A symbolic project that has given voice to a new narrative of Apulian wine, one that is sensitive, conscious, and deeply connected to the land.
A dynamic and creative professional, for several years she has held the role of wine event manager for various important events in the Apulia region, including:
- FerMenti in Diso, an exhibition dedicated to promoting Italian wine regions;
- Food, Wine & Sound in Galatina, an event that combines music, food, and wine in a multisensory experience;
- Tricase VINtage in Tricase, celebrating local wine excellence through a journey through history, taste, and innovation;
- This year, she also served as wine manager for Spiritosa Festival, an event entirely dedicated to "drinking well", an experience that combines culture, taste, and entertainment, overseeing the entire wine sector: a role that confirms his ability to combine artistic direction, technical expertise, and cultural vision.
She is also credited with Calici in Villa, a food and wine event in the heart of the city, again as head of the technical wine department.
Other important professional experiences involved Titti Dell'Erba:
- Hosting of the Masterclass "Sfumature di Rosé" (Shades of Rosé), a selection of labels representative of the tradition and evolution of this type of wine, dedicated to journalists and industry professionals at Vinitaly 2023 for Donne del Vino Puglia (Women of Wine Puglia) in Hall 11, Conference Room.
- Speaker at the round table "Women, Wine and Secrets" at Vinitaly 2025, an event attended by prominent women in the world of wine such as Donatella Cinelli Colombini.
- Participation in the 5th episode of the podcast "Women, Wine and Secrets". Titti Dell'Erba was the protagonist of the aforementioned podcast, a project commissioned by the National Association of Women in Wine and supported by the Department of Agriculture of the Puglia Region, produced by La Content. The podcast tells the stories and experiences of women who, through their professionalism and charisma, have brought about the emancipation of an entire sector, that of wine.
- She is the creator of the personal project Gran Premio, together with her partner Irene Sindaco, which sees Metodo Classico sparkling wine on the podium of her unique and distinctive journey, in co-branding with DeNiroBootCo, a national brand in the world of luxury and lifestyle.
Editing and Publishing
Alongside her work in the field, Titti Dell'Erba is also a prolific writer, collaborating with some of the most influential publications in the sector: Luciano Pignataro Wine Blog, GustoH24, and Wine TV Group, where she writes articles, interviews, and in-depth pieces that describe the world of Italian wine and food with sensitivity and rigor.
A recognizable and passionate voice, Titti continues to promote taste as a cultural, identity and relational experience, always focusing on the people, territories and stories that make Italian food and wine unique
Titti Dell'Erba is now a point of reference for those who believe that the culture of taste is a heritage to be experienced, shared and passed on.
Awards
The challenges faced along the way led Titti to a prestigious achievement: at the Campidoglio, she was appointed Ambassador of Bere Puglia DOC Italy. This recognition is reserved for symbolic figures who, through their work, contribute to the growth of Italy's image and reputation, while at the same time attesting to and promoting professional skills in the food and wine sector.
The role of Doc Italy Ambassador was created with the aim of promoting and enhancing Italy's heritage. Telling the story of and supporting the ‘Boot of wonders’ means connecting technology and local history, productive culture and the environment, infrastructure and local flavors; it means making it more visible, better known, and more solid, considering it as an authentic repository of values.
Doc Italy Ambassadors do this instinctively, each operating in their own sector of excellence.
This appointment is a dream come true. It is the result of determination, study, willpower, and daily commitment. It is confirmation that every step, every choice, and every sacrifice has built something real.
Irene Sindaco
Irene Sindaco, a determined and creative entrepreneur, brings to the project all her experience gained with DeNiroBootCo, a leading company in the high-end equestrian equipment sector, internationally renowned for the quality and elegance of its boots.
The co-branding initiative with Gran Premio marks a natural evolution in her career: a way to combine lifestyle, craftsmanship, and the pleasure of living in a new expression of excellence.

Craftsmanship excellence, international vision, Italian spirit.
Once upon a time, in the heart of Salento, there was a dream made of leather, skilled hands, and bold visions. It was 1981 when Filippo Donadeo and his wife, Irene Sindaco, founded the DeNiroBootCo. brand in Casarano, a company destined to redefine the concept of elegance and technique in the world of horse riding. In a region with deep-rooted footwear traditions, Filippo realized that craftsmanship could meet innovation, transforming itself into a universal language of style, performance, and identity.
From a small workshop where “half a pair of boots a day” were produced, a journey began that today represents one of the highest expressions of Made in Italy. Over forty years of history, three production facilities, more than 150 skilled craftsmen, and a network that exports 95% of its creations worldwide: from European ateliers to international competition venues, to the American headquarters in Wellington, Florida. Every DeNiro boot is a story of hands, passion, and precision.
The art of customization is the signature that has made the company a global benchmark. At a time when riding boots were only black, rigid, and functional, DeNiro brought about a revolution in detail: fine materials, tailored finishes, harmonious lines, and endless possibilities for customization. No longer a technical accessory, but an extension of the rider's personality - a meeting between aesthetics and performance, between dream and discipline.
Innovation has become a distinctive feature and a continuous driver of growth. Each collection is the result of study, research, and experimentation with materials, with meticulous attention to comfort, durability, and design. DeNiro has never stopped exploring new horizons: from its collaboration with Yves Saint Laurent, which brought DeNiro's equestrian elegance to high fashion, to partnerships with the most important brands and federations in the sector, including FISE – the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation.
Each collaboration is the result of a shared vision, capable of combining technique, aesthetics, and the culture of movement in a constant dialogue between sport and style.
Behind every achievement, there is a deep passion that has guided the company over time: a passion for work well done, for enduring beauty, for the authenticity of things created with dedication. This is the strength that has allowed DeNiro to navigate decades of change, remaining true to its identity and continuing to be a point of reference for riders and enthusiasts around the world.
Like any authentic story, DeNiro's naturally encounters other like-minded visions.
The encounter with Titti Dell'Erba stems from a communion of values: attention to detail, respect for tradition, love for Italy and its excellence. Wine and boots - two different worlds but united by an identical philosophy - thus become symbols of passion, elegance, and creativity.
Each bottle, like each DeNiro boot, tells the story of the strength of roots and the courage of innovation. It is the story of those who, with vision and dedication, transform passion into craft, craft into art, and a product into an emotion destined to last over time.
