- Shipping notification: an automatic email will provide the tracking code supplied by the courier.
- Transit times: 24/48 hours on average (except for unforeseen circumstances and holidays).
- Delivery attempts: 1 included in the price.
- Storage: € 0 for 7 calendar days.
- Redelivery: 0% of the price.
- Refused shipment and return to sender: at the cost of the original shipment.

- Shipping costs: € 28.69 VAT excluded for continental Europe, € 36.89 VAT excluded for islands and some remote locations.
- Order processing times: orders will be shipped on the first working day following the order date, once payment has been received.
- Shipping notification: an automatic email will provide the tracking code supplied by the courier.
- Transit times: 72/96 hours on average (except for unforeseen circumstances and holidays).
- Delivery attempts: 1 included in the price.
- Storage: € 0 for 7 calendar days.
- Redelivery: 0% of the price.
- Refused shipment and return to sender: at the cost of the original shipment.
- Delivery to floor: not available.

Prepei S.R.L. delivers the products ordered by customers thanks to its partnership with DHL.
- Shipping costs: from € 28.69 up to a maximum of € 409.84. Prices Italian VAT excluded, ex Art. 8 DPR 633/72.
- Order processing times: orders will be shipped on the first working day following the order date, once payment has been received.
- Shipping notification: an automatic email will provide the tracking code supplied by the courier.
- Transit times: 96/120 hours on average (except for unforeseen circumstances and holidays).
- Delivery attempts: 1 included in the price.
- Storage: € 0 for 7 calendar days.
- Redelivery: 0% of the price.
- Refused shipment and return to sender: at the cost of the original shipment.
- Delivery to floor: not available.

In order to ensure accurate and secure delivery, please provide the destination address as accurately as possible, including all relevant information. We are not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrectly provided addresses at the time of ordering.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchases on prepei.co are subject to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
Returned products must be intact, preferably in their original packaging: damaged or altered products will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.
This right is reserved for individuals: retailers are therefore excluded.
To exercise this right, you must send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods to amministrazione@prepei.co, indicating:
- Order number
- Order date
- The product or products for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, indicating the item SKU
Once you have done this, you will need to wait for our email authorizing the return.
Within 14 days of receiving our return authorization email, ship the products subject to withdrawal at your expense to the following address:

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Italian Legislative Decree 185 of 1999.
In general, unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions of the law on distance contracts apply. Any disputes shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
