- How can I track my order?
When your order is ready, the package will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email through which you can track your order. From the link in the email, you can follow the progress of your order and any problems the courier may have in locating your address. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time in the 'My Orders' section, after logging into your account or by going directly to the 'Order Tracking' section. The tracking link found there will be activated within 24 hours of placing your order. - I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
Please contact our Customer Service: we will be happy to place the order for you. We kindly ask you to send us the following information: product(s) you wish to order (quantity); contact details (first name, last name, email address, phone number); delivery details (full address for home delivery); payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal). If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you wish to complete the order as a registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. - How much does shipping cost?
See the 'Shipping and Returns' page for all shipping costs to Italy or abroad. - What is the delivery time for my online order via express courier?
If you place your order before 11:00 a.m. CET, the estimated delivery time by courier is 2-3 business days. All orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. - Can I pay cash on delivery?
We do not currently offer this service. We accept prepaid payment methods (e.g., credit card or PayPal). - How do I make a return?
To request a return, please visit the 'Shipping and Returns' page and scroll down to the 'Return Terms and Conditions' section. - How and when will I receive my refund after the return?
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the online purchase. The refund will be made very quickly, no later than 14 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
