Prepei S.R.L. caters exclusively to end users who are consumers over the age of eighteen and in any case in accordance with current law and regulations on electronic commerce.
Prepei S.R.L. defines an end consumer as any natural person who uses the prepei.co website.
In compliance with current laws on the purchase of wine and spirits, Prepei S.R.L. reserves the right not to fulfill orders from parties other than consumers and in compliance with the age limits set by law for both the purchase and delivery of wine and spirits. Prepei S.R.L. does not sell wine and spirits to persons under the age of 18.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipment, purchase methods, and the right of withdrawal for purchase orders for products on the prepei.co website between users of the website and Prepei S.R.L., while they do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by other parties that are present on the website through hyperlinks, links, or banners.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale are periodically amended by Prepei S.R.L. based on the development of its business and the market, as well as in compliance with any legislative updates and changes. Any updates and amendments will be regularly published on the website and will be effective immediately from the date of publication.

Shipping
Shipments are insured and delivery normally takes 1-3 business days in Italy and 3-6 business days in Europe. Shipping methods and rates are detailed on the dedicated page.

Damaged products
If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, you can refuse the package or accept it with reservation: we will resend the damaged products. If this is not possible because the product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer replacement products or, alternatively, we will refund your payment.
Diritto di recesso
Purchases on prepei.co are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
Returned products must be intact, preferably in their original packaging: damaged or altered products will not be eligible for withdrawal.
This right is reserved for individuals: retailers are therefore excluded.
To exercise this right, you must send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods to amministrazione@prepei.co, mentioning:
- Order number
- Order date
- The product or products for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, mentioning the item SKU
Once you have done this, you will need to wait for our email authorizing the return.
Within 14 days of receiving our return authorization email, ship the products subject to withdrawal at your expense to the following address:

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 185 of 1999.
In general, unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions of the law on distance contracts apply. Any disputes shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
